Women like us were never meant to move through life by becoming less sensitive.
This is a place to understand
what is happening inside you,
trust yourself more fully,
and build a life that makes room
for who you are.
Your sensitivity makes sense.
A space for sensitive women who want to understand themselves more deeply, trust what they are feeling, and care deeply without losing themselves in the process.
Explore current support Meet JessYou have spent a long time trying to understand why life affects you so deeply.
Why certain interactions stay with you. Why you can sense a shift in someone before a word is spoken. Why you become overwhelmed by things other people seem to move through easily.
You may have been told you overthink, take things too personally, or need to become less affected.
You need ways of understanding yourself that account for how deeply you notice, feel, process, and care.
You should not have to abandon yourself to feel connected to other people.
Sensitive women often become incredibly skilled at reading the room, anticipating needs, and protecting the people they love from discomfort.
Over time, it can become difficult to hear yourself beneath everything you are noticing about everyone else.
My work helps you understand what is happening inside you, recognize what belongs to you, and make choices you can live peacefully with.

Hi, I’m Jess.
I’m the founder of Sensitive Women Rising, a community for women who have spent years feeling deeply while wondering whether they should trust what they feel.
For much of my life, I believed my sensitivity was something I needed to manage more successfully. I became very good at understanding everyone around me while remaining disconnected from parts of myself.
Now I help sensitive women replace shame-filled explanations with truthful ones, so they can care for themselves, relate to other people, and build their lives with greater self-trust.
More about me →Connected, But Still Uncertain
Right now, my work is focused on friendship uncertainty and the questions sensitive, self-aware women often struggle to answer.
Am I reacting to something old, noticing something real in the relationship, or both?
This 90-minute masterclass will help you understand what is shaping your friendship insecurity and decide what the moment needs from you next.
